Drawn from sound counselling principles, we use the basic elements of transactional analysis to help staff better assess and manage difficult or unusual interactions, more effectively communicating their needs and meeting those of the person they’re communicating with, thereby reducing the number of stressful situations they face in the course of their work and making them happier and more productive.
This training involves a mixture of theory, discussion and exercises, with both the content and length of training being tailored to your specific needs. We also offer a range of resources to help your staff continue learning after their course has completed.
